Yellow Seasoned Fried Chicken Recipe
The fried chicken recipe that I will share the recipe for is one of the fried chicken menus that are very common not only in restaurants but also usually served at home as a daily menu. And yellow seasoned fried chicken. Usually fried chicken like this is commonly served in fresh vegetables stalls.
This menu can be served with plain white rice or uduk rice. You can't miss the chili sauce/sambal and vegetables.
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 kilogram of chicken, cut into 10-12 parts
- 4 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar munjung comb
- 1 liter of water
- salt
Ground spices:
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 7 cm fresh turmeric
- 2 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
- 1 tablespoon tamarind
- 1 tablespoon coriander
How to Make Yellow Seasoned Fried Chicken:
- Wash the chicken, then boil it with a liter of water.
- Enter the ground spices, kaffir lime leaves, and salam; then boil until the chicken is tender and the water is reduced.
- When the water has reduced to three quarters, season with salt and brown sugar.
- Add cooking oil. Stir well until the chicken is slightly caramelized, then remove from the heat.
- Heat the oil, then fry the chicken until the surface is dry and crispy.
