Fried Bacem Chicken Recipe (Ayam Goreng Bacem)

INGREDIENTS :
- 1 kg of chicken meat
- 1 liter coconut water
- 4 cm galangal, crushed
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- 350 ml of oil for frying
Ground spices:
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 4 red onions
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 3 cm fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon tamarind
Complementary:
- 70 grams of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- sweet soy sauce
HOW TO MAKE :
- Heat a little cooking oil, then fry the ground spices, galangal, and bay leaf.
- Pour the coconut water and all the complementary ingredients into the spice stir.
- Add the chicken pieces and mix well. After that close the pan and cook until the water runs out.
- Remove the ground chicken and drain.
- Heat a large amount of cooking oil, then fry the chicken bacem until the surface is dry.
