ES CENDOL WITH RED BEAN RECIPES

INGREDIENTS :
- 1 sachet of ready-to-use cendol flour (available at Asia Mart)
- 100 gr jackfruit, cut into small dice
- 500 ml thick coconut milk, boiled with pandan leaves and a little salt
- 250 gr brown sugar, boiled with a little water and pandan leaves
- Ice cubes as needed
- 200 gr red beans, soak overnight
- 75 gr coconut sugar
- Enough water
- Pandan leaves
HOW TO MAKE :
- Prepare a pot of boiled red beans with coconut sugar and pandan leaves until soft. Set aside.
- Make the cendol dough according to the instructions on the package. Then print using a filter in ice water. Set aside.
- Take a serving glass, add ice cubes, liquid brown sugar, coconut milk, cendol, red beans, and the last piece of jackfruit. Serve.
