BUTTER FRIED CHICKEN RECIPE (AYAM GORENG MENTEGA)
Butter-fried chicken is a dish that is often served in Chinese food stalls. The chicken pieces are fried until cooked, then re-cooked with savory soy sauce and margarine stir-fried spices.

Ingredients :
- 1/2 chicken, cut into 6 parts
- 2 cloves of garlic, puree

Butter Sauce:
- 1/4 of an onion, sliced crosswise
- 2 spring onions, cut into 10 cm
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
- 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons English soy sauce (worcestershire sauce)
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil for frying
- 50 ml water
- salt to taste
- sugar to taste
- pepper powder to taste
How to Make Butter Fried Chicken:
- Wash the chicken that has been cut, then coat the entire surface with the mashed garlic and salt. Leave it for 1 hour.
- Heat the cooking oil, then fry the chicken until cooked. Remove and drain the oil, then set aside.
- Heat a little oil, saute minced garlic and onion until fragrant. Add soy sauce and soy sauce. Pour water, then season with salt, sugar, and pepper. Mix well.
