BAJIGUR "WARM ,SWEET AND DELICATE INDONESIAN DRINKS" RECIPE

Bajigur is synonymous with the warm taste of ginger, the sweetness of brown sugar, and the savory characteristic of coconut milk.

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1.500 ml santan
  • ½ sendok makan kopi bubuk
  • 150 gram gula merah 
  • 100 gram gula pasir 
  • 200 gram jahe 
  • 3 lembar daun pandan 
  • 2 sentimeter kayu manis 
  • ½ sendok teh garam

HOW TO MAKE :

  1. First, slice the brown sugar and set it aside.

  3. Prepare a frying pan, pour water into it and boil until it boils.
